NITIN JAISWAL

Founder & CEO

Building the 8th Continent - The Home of Gen-E

Nitin Jaiswal is building the 8th Continent, a transformative vision defined not by geography, but by demography and one of the greatest untapped economic opportunities of our time. At its heart is Gen E, over one billion people aged 50 and above, with a footprint already exceeding $17 trillion and still growing. The 8th Continent challenges traditional narratives by reframing ageing not as a burden to manage, but as a collective asset to capitalise a “silver elephant” hiding in plain sight.

This vision has taken shape over the years. Nitin spent 27 years at Bloomberg, where he was part of the senior leadership team and played a key role in building the company’s institutional and commercial presence across Asia-Pacific. Over time, he worked closely with Mike Bloomberg on global initiatives spanning climate change, capital markets, and technology, collaborating with governments, policymakers, and business leaders to deliver actionable leadership on issues that intersect public good and economic growth.

During the COVID-19 crisis, he noticed a critical blind spot: while the world chased emerging trends, the rising demographic wave remained overlooked. In response, he launched the Radar Conversation Series in 2020 – a closed-door forum of 100 CEOs focused on underexplored global issues. The inaugural session brought serious attention to the Longevity Economy for the first time in business leadership circles.

To turn conversation into strategy, Nitin worked with regulators at GIFT City, India’s international financial hub, to co-develop the world’s first policy roadmap for the Longevity Economy.

While researching his upcoming book, The Silver Elephant, he realised that what was missing wasn’t data or dialogue – it was institutional leadership. The book became a personal call to action: to build an Asian institution of global repute that would provide leadership and focus on an issue of global importance and urgency.

He recently founded AgeTech Leadership Labs (ALL) – a Think-Act-Lead Lab dedicated to building the 8th Continent and preparing the world for Gen E. At the heart of ALL is the AgeTech P2P (Paradox to Perfection) Framework, which aligns fragmented efforts across policy, capital, innovation, institutions, and individuals, converting demographic transformation into long-term opportunity.

To convert alignment into measurable action, ALL is now developing the MTS Infrastructure – short for Markers, Trackers, and Stackers. This open-source intelligence system gives identity and interconnectivity to every innovation in the ecosystem, enabling stakeholders to assess ripple effects, track underfunded spans, and build stackable, system-aware solutions. While the P2P Framework aligns purpose, MTS enables precision, transforming strategy into infrastructure.

Nitin continues to advise governments, serves on the WAIPA Global Advisory Board, and sits as an independent board member for institutions across the region.
